Mr. Hénault has over 45 years of experience in loss prevention, loss investigation and major loss adjustment. Holds the following certifications: FPAA (Fellowship Professionnel Agréé de l'Assurance), TPI (Technologue en Prévention et recherche cause incendie).

Appraiser: Property and casualty appraiser, environmental appraiser. ARM: Insurance Risk Management. ERM: Environmental Risk Management.

Certified by the NAC Institute and the Quebec Firefighters School as a HAZMAT commander, certified in confined space intervention. WHMIS and Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) certified trainer.

Mr. Hénault is an expert member of the board of directors of CRAIM (Centre de Réduction des Accidents Industriels Majeurs).

PhD in Environmental Sciences, Master of Environmental Studies, Postgraduate Certificate in Environmental Auditing, Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety and Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering.

Babacar is a candidate engineer and a Certified Environmental Site Assessor with the Quebec Environmental Auditing Association. He also holds a HAZMAT Technician certification from the Justice Institute of British Columbia (JIBC) recognized by the NFPA. He is certified for interventions in enclosed spaces.

Babacar worked in the fields of quality, environment and occupational health and safety for 5 years at Philip Morris International before moving into scientific research at the Institut de recherche en mines et environnement of the University of Quebec in Abitibi-Témiscamingue. Mr. Kandji joined the HRM team in February 2018 as a project manager. He is author and co-author of several scientific publications.

Jocelyne Auger

Master's degree in industrial hygiene from McGill University, Bachelor's degree in biology from UQAM and certificate in occupational health and safety from the University of Montreal. She has nearly thirty years of experience in the environmental field, working for the Quebec Ministry of the Environment in the Montérégie emergency team and as a consultant specializing in the assessment and remediation of contaminated land.

Bachelor of Applied Science. Served on the emergency response team for the provincial Ministry of the Environment for western Quebec. Good knowledge of the field and environmental standards (water treatment, contaminated soils, hazardous and residual materials management).

ROBERT REISS

Robert Reiss

Bachelor's degree in Applied Chemistry from Sherbrooke University, has a decade of experience in industry, 25 years with Environment Canada as an enforcement inspector and emergency operations manager and as a consultant with Tetratech Industries (BPR).

He has represented Environment Canada on the OECD Working Group on Chemical Accidents. He has been a member of the Conseil pour la Réduction des Accidents Industriels Majeurs (CRAIM) since its formation and a member of the Board of Directors since 2005.

He is the principal author of the CRAIM Risk Management Guide endorsed by the United Nations Environmental Programme (UNEP) Awareness and Preparedness for Emergencies at a Local Level (APELL) and winner of the 2007 Mérite Québécois de la Sécurité civile. Mr. Reiss participates in several Quebec Joint Municipal-Industry Committees (JIMC) for the management of industrial accident risks.

He has been a trainer for CRAIM for over 14 years and has also taught risk management at the University of Sherbrooke in the Master's program in environment since 2004.
